I wish I had hidden cameras at home and in my car because boys are funny – mine crack me up all the time. And sometimes, these things are too good not to share.
This boys are funny conversation happened yesterday while we were carpooling home with my friend Terri.
Joey: Mommy, The Bee is R2-D2 and AJ is CP-3PO and I am Luke Skywalker, right?
Me: Sure.
Terri: Who is Mommy?
Joey: She can be Princess Leia. Annnnnnd, there’s another girl. Who is she Mommy?
Me: Queen Amidala?
Joey: Yes. Who can be the queen?
Me: Maybe Terri.
Joey: Yes. Terri.
Luke: I want to be queen!
Joey: That’s okay, Bee. You can both be queens. Terri will be Queen Amidala and you will be Queen R2-D2.
Seriously, I’m beaming with pride at his ability to compromise.
