New Year, No Excuses Weight Loss Challenge

It appears that I totally missed last week’s weight loss challenge update. Sorry about that – the week got away from me, apparently. Or something. Anyway, here’s the scoop on this week + info on how you can Spring into Fitness by joining us for the NEXT eight week challenge. As we head down the back side of this challenge, it seems like a lot of participants are struggling. I certainly am. But you know what? There’s still a fair {Read More}

New Year, No Excuses {Week 4}

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s the midpoint of the NEW YEAR, NO EXCUSES challenge. How have 4 weeks already gone by in 2013? Yikes! Those, my friends, are some awesome numbers considering {Read More}

New Year, No Excuses {Week 1}

Yesterday was the very first weigh in of the New Year, No Excuses weight loss challenge and these ladies seriously rocked it. In just one week, there was an overall loss of 141.7 pounds which equates to 1.54% of weight lost. Impressed? I sure am. We had two people {out of 49} lose over 10 pounds each! Eight more lost 5 or more pounds which is pretty incredible if you ask me. I’m so excited at the enthusiasm this group {Read More}
