I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s the midpoint of the NEW YEAR, NO EXCUSES challenge. How have 4 weeks already gone by in 2013? Yikes! You know how on The Biggest Loser Week 2 is always a killer? The same holds true for the New Year, No Excuses Challenge. While there was definitely some weight lost this week, the numbers definitely paled in comparison to last week. NEW YEAR NO EXCUSES CHALLENGE

Yesterday was the very first weigh in of the New Year, No Excuses weight loss challenge and these ladies seriously rocked it. In just one week, there was an overall loss of 141.7 pounds which equates to 1.54% of weight lost. Impressed? I sure am. We had two people {out of 49} lose over 10 pounds each!
